Aerobic Plus

A 60 minute complete workout! Bring hand weights, mat and a water bottle. This class will consist of the following:
  • Low Impact Aerobics - will improve cardio respiratory conditioning; weight control, flexibility, endurance and stamina.
  • Abdominal Exercise - frim & strengthen which will help the to alleviate lower back pain. Upper body conditioning - (with or without hand weights) - tones & strengthens major muscles.

  • Instructor: Barbara Bergman
  • Class Length: Eight weeks
  • Days: Tuesdays & Thursdays
  • Time: 7:30 pm - 8:30 pm
  • Begins: April 8, 2008 - May 29, 2008
