On the Ball

Exercises incorporating core strength balls are used in this class to build strength and develop flexibility through yoga and Pilates based moves and balance work. The over-all workout is suitable for most fitness levels.


  • Instructor: St. James Club Staff
  • Location: St. James Club
  • Fee: $65 (7 classes)
  • When: Mondays (7:30 PM) / Tuesdays & Thursdays 10:00 AM

Classes can be attended based on the participants schedule. You will recieve a punch card that will be good for seven (7) total Fridays.
