Looking for a new “spin” on your current exercise routine? Group cycling is designed to help individuals of all ages and fitness levels become fit and healthy. This 40-50 minute class is set to motivating music and includes a warm-up, aerobic/anaerobic components, cool-down, and stretching. This class requires individuals to sign up at front desk: sign-up sheet is posted 30 minutes prior to class.
