Pilates (Mat 2) This intermediate/advanced Pilates class focuses on core strengthening exercises and breathing techniques to bring your spine and body into proper alignment as well as improve balance, posture, flexibility and muscular strength. (Prior participation in Pilates Mat 1 is strongly recommended before taking this class.
