Twinges and Hinges (Arthritis Aquatics)

This class consists of gentle, low intensity exercises performed to maintain/improve range of motion. This class will help strengthen muscles and/or reduce muscle weakness caused by muscle disuse. The warmth and buoyancy of water can decrease pain and/ or stiffness and help maintain joint flexibility.


· Instructor: St. James Club Staff

· Location: St. James Club

· Class Length: 14 classes in 7 weeks

· Days: Monday, Wednesday, or Friday

· Times: 10:30 AM or 11:15 AM (45 minute class)

· Class fee: $77
