Water Aerobics 1 & 2

Water Aerobics - I

A low impact workout that uses water resistance exercises to produce muscular strength and toning, as well as strengthening the cardiovascular system. This 60 minute class is performed in a safe and fun social environment with upbeat music and motivating instruction!

· Instructor: St. James Club Staff

· Location: St. James Club

· Class Length: 14 classes in 7 weeks

· Days: Monday, Wednesday & Friday

· Times: 8:15 AM - 9:15 AM

Water Aerobics - II

This class takes you through high energy moves that will elevate your heart rate and improve muscle strength. Upbeat music, routines, and exercise variations are taught.

· Class Length: 14 classes in 7 weeks

  • Monday, Wednesday & Friday (9:15 AM - 10:15 AM)
  • Monday (6:00 PM - 7:00 PM)
  • Tuesday & Thursday (8:00 AM - 8:45 AM or 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM)
  • Thursday (5:30 PM - 6:30 PM)
  • Saturday (8:15 AM - 9:00 AM
