• Lacrosse is the fastest growing sport in the US. This camp is a great opportunity to get introduced to this truly American sport invented by native Americans centuries ago. This is a non-contact camp.

• Basic lacrosse skills will be covered such as grip, cradling, throwing, catching, scooping, shooting and defensive techniques. No previous experience is necessary for those interested in learning this fast growing sport rooted in American history. The only equipment necessary to participate is a lacrosse stick which can be purchased at the Tam-O-Shanter Pro Shop. Both boys and girls are welcome to participate.
